Terms of sale and license

The short version
- Use PressBridge on as many sites as you like, including your clients' sites.
- Don't resell or redistribute it, and don't sell it as a hosted service.
- One-time licenses include 12 months of updates and support, and keep working after that.
- Agent is monthly. Cancel anytime; it runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- Every plan has a 14-day refund (see Refunds).
1. Who we are
PressBridge is made and sold by Paul Negrea, an individual based in Romania ("we", "us"). You can reach us at pressbridge.support@gmail.com. "You" means the person or organization buying or using PressBridge.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are processed by our online reseller, which is named on the checkout page and acts as the merchant of record for every order. The reseller handles payment, invoices or receipts, sales tax and VAT, and payment-related customer service and returns. Its own terms also apply to the purchase.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Your license starts when the payment is confirmed and you receive the download or access details by email.
3. What each license lets you do

Paid plans include the full source code. You may read it, change it and run your changed version for the uses your plan allows.
You may not:
- sell, sublicense, share or redistribute the paid editions or your license details, in original or changed form;
- offer PressBridge to third parties as a hosted or managed service of its own (using it to look after your clients' sites is fine);
- remove or hide license notices from the code.
The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. We keep all rights in PressBridge that these terms don't give you.
4. Updates and support
Solo and Agency include 12 months of updates and email support from the date of purchase. After that, the version you have keeps working with no time limit. Agent includes updates and support for as long as the subscription is active.
Support is by email, usually answered within two business days. It covers installing, configuring and using PressBridge. It doesn't include work on your sites or servers.
5. Agent subscriptions
Agent renews automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and no further payments are taken.
When the subscription ends, the Agent edition and Watch stop working. To keep using the tools without Watch, you can buy a one-time Solo or Agency license.
If we change the Agent price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
6. Refunds
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day refund. The details are on the Refunds page, which is part of these terms.
7. Using PressBridge responsibly
PressBridge runs on servers you control and gives an AI assistant limited access to the sites you configure. You decide which sites it can reach and what it may change there. Please:
- keep your own regular backups of files and databases, since PressBridge's automatic backups cover file changes only, not database changes such as plugin updates;
- review what the AI assistant does, and use PressBridge only on sites you are allowed to manage;
- keep tokens and SSH keys secret.
Third-party services you connect to PressBridge, such as Claude, the Anthropic API or your alert channels, are provided and billed by their own providers under their own terms.
8. Warranty and liability
PressBridge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that it will be error-free or that it will catch every problem or attack on your sites.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to PressBridge is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a plan. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase. For Agent subscriptions, we'll email you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
